Based in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, working across the city for over 12 years. Premium residential renovations, custom new builds, commercial fitouts and heritage restoration projects — from Vaucluse to Mosman, Bondi to Newport, Annandale to the CBD. Built on referrals, not advertising.

It permits us to build and oversee residential projects of any size up to three storeys, including townhouses and dual-occupancy. Fully insured. Fixed-price contracts. Who We Are

Sydney builders, built for modern living.

“From first site visit to final handover, every project runs through one builder, one project manager, and one consistent standard.”

We deliver kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, extensions and complete home renovations across Sydney. Every project is managed by the same dedicated team from demolition through to final finishes, keeping quality consistent across every stage of the build.

Fixed-price contracts, weekly progress updates and trusted trades on every project. We build renovations properly so the finished result feels like it was always part of the original home.

Common Questions

Answers, before you need to ask.

How long does a typical renovation take?

+

Depends on the scope. A kitchen or bathroom usually runs 5–10 weeks. Ground-floor extensions and second storey additions sit at 6–9 months. Full home transformations are 9–18 months from contract to handover. Council approvals add 3–6 months on the front end if a DA is required. We commit to a finish date at contract signing and hold to it.

Do you handle DA approvals and council permits?

+

Yes — full DA and CDC management is part of what we do. We liaise with councils across the Eastern Suburbs, North Shore and Northern Beaches, and work with private certifiers for CDC pathways where your project qualifies (faster turnaround). Heritage overlays in Paddington, Woollahra and parts of Mosman are something we handle regularly. Drawings, neighbour notifications, BASIX, drainage diagrams, the lot.

What does a fixed-price contract actually cover?

+

Every line item — joinery, stone, tapware, fixtures, trades, allowances and provisional sums for anything not yet selected. HIA or MBA contract terms. Variations only happen if you change the scope yourself. The one thing a fixed-price doesn't cover is latent conditions — asbestos, undisclosed structural issues, hidden rot. If something like that turns up we tell you straight away with a quote and options before any extra work begins.

Can we live in the home during the renovation?

+

Depends on the scope. A kitchen-only or bathroom-only reno is usually liveable — expect dust, noise and one room out of action for the duration. For major extensions, second storeys, or full home renos most clients move out for 6–12 weeks during the messy phase. We can phase larger jobs to keep parts of the home livable where it makes sense. We'll talk you through what works best for your project at the consultation.
