Most of our luxury home renovation clients come through referral — neighbours who've watched a Platinum Corp job run cleanly while another builder ran chaos next door, or friends-of-clients who saw the finished work and asked who built it. We don't run paid lead generation, we don't take volume, and we don't do project homes. Six to eight major renovations a year is our rhythm. That's deliberate.
It also means we don't take every job that comes our way. We turn down work where the budget can't deliver the brief, where the timeline isn't realistic, or where the client wants a builder who'll say yes to everything. That filter is part of why our projects finish on time and on spec — the brief was honest from the start.
