Our Journey

A good extension looks like

Bad extensions are obvious from the street. Good ones aren't.

The fastest way to spot a botched extension is to walk past it on the footpath. The wrong roof pitch. The wrong cladding profile. The wrong window proportions. The new bit screams "added in 2018" while the old bit doesn't say a thing.

We extend homes so the new section reads as part of the original. Matched roof pitch, matched eave, matched window proportions, matched mortar colour where we can. From inside, the join is invisible — the floor flows, the ceiling line continues, the trim profile matches. That's the standard.

Why Us

How we extend homes.

Step 01

Design & Approval

Buildable extension drawings, DA or CDC submission, council coordination. We handle the whole approval process.

Step 02

Match & Construct

Roof, cladding, windows and finishes matched to your existing home. Quality trades on a fixed program.

Step 03

Integrate & Finish

Internal flow, floor levels, ceiling lines and paint schedules all aligned. New and old reading as one home.

Who We Are

Why our extensions read as original

If the neighbours can spot where the extension starts, we haven't done our job.

Bad home extensions have a tell. The roof tile is a different shade. The render texture changes mid-wall. The window reveal is a different depth. The trim profile is just slightly wrong. Most builders miss this stuff because the design package doesn't call it out and the joinery comes from a generic supplier. We obsess about it because clients pay us to.

We sample roof tiles before ordering. We test-mix mortar batches against the original. We hand-match window proportions to the existing facade. The extension passes the street test — nobody can tell where the original house ends and the new section begins. That's the standard we work to on every home extension across Sydney.
