Most laundries are afterthoughts. They shouldn't be — they're used more than any other utility room.
For a room people use every single day, the standard Australian laundry is shockingly under-designed. A washing machine. A sink. Maybe a bench. Maybe a cupboard. Almost never enough storage. Almost never a folding surface that's actually the right height. Almost never decent lighting.
We redesign laundries around how laundry actually works — sorting, washing, drying, folding, ironing, storing. Plus pet stations, drying cupboards, broom storage, ironing boards built in. The trick is fitting all of it into the footprint without it feeling cramped, which is mostly about good joinery design.

Storage that actually fits everything.
Floor-to-ceiling joinery where possible. Drying cupboards, broom storage, linen storage, laundry hampers, pet stations. Every cubic centimetre earning its keep.
Premium finishes throughout.
Stone or solid surface benchtops. Quality tapware. Tiled or vinyl-plank floors. Same finish standard as the kitchen — because the laundry gets used just as often.
Optional powder room combo.
Add a guest WC or full powder room combined with the laundry. We assess plumbing feasibility and design the combined room as a single workflow space.

Why we redesign the laundry workflow
For a room used every day, the standard Australian laundry is shockingly under-designed.
Laundry renovation clients often arrive having lived for a decade with a poorly-designed room — not enough storage, no folding bench, the dryer above the washer with no airflow, lint accumulating where it shouldn't. They've finally decided to fix it properly. Our job is to redesign around their actual laundry workflow, not to lift-and-shift the existing layout with new joinery.
Most of our laundry renovations come as part of larger Sydney home renovations, but standalone laundry refurbishments are common too. The build standard is the same regardless — quality joinery, proper plumbing, stone or solid surface benchtops, durable flooring. A laundry that gets used multiple times a day deserves the same finish quality as the kitchen.
