Our approach
Both balconies were reframed and retiled before new glass balustrades were installed. Inside, two bathrooms were rebuilt, the laundry was retiled, rising-damp repairs were completed and the home received a full internal repaint.
The outcome
The completed project pairs renewed outdoor areas with warm contemporary bathrooms and refreshed interiors. The project record states that the work finished ahead of schedule.
