Project overview
This Maroubra apartment was stripped back and reworked from structure through to finishes. Structural walls were removed and new steel installed while the services, openings, flooring, kitchen and bathroom were upgraded.

Our approach
The project combined new structural steel and plumbing stacks with a new slider and balustrade, fire-rated bulkheads, an electrical upgrade, new kitchen and bathroom, hybrid flooring, carpet and repainting.
The outcome
The result is a reconfigured apartment with an open kitchen and living area, renewed wet areas and updated finishes throughout. The completion record states that an occupation certificate was issued.
