Our approach
Walls were removed and supported with new structural beams before the kitchen, wet areas and internal finishes were rebuilt. Custom joinery, ducted air conditioning and a redesigned lighting scheme were incorporated into the renewed layout.
The outcome
The apartment now combines a highly functional kitchen, two refined bathrooms, a concealed laundry and calm living spaces unified by timber flooring and carefully integrated lighting.
